• Life Groups have a crystal-clear purpose...they are focused on living out Real Life’s six core practices: Community, Outreach, Service, Worship, Study, and Prayer.  Here is how that looks…

Community
A Life Group is committed to building community by...

• Eating together - share meals together weekly, and frequently get together outside of the regular weekly meeting.
• Playing together - have fun doing things like hobbies, exercise, vacation, and kids’ activities together!
• Learning together - Together we learn how to live out the practices of Worship, Prayer, and Study.  Spending time discussing what God has said, what God has done, and what God is doing in our lives! 

Outreach
A Life Group walks with people on their spiritual journey who are not following Jesus by...

• Demonstrating kindness - consistently get off the couch, and go out into the community to show kindness to others.
• Discovering stories - listen to each other, and find out where you have been, where you are now, and where you are going. 
• Discerning next steps - sometimes it’s better to invite people to dinner before you invite them to church.  Do they need resources? Or is it time to invite them to a Life Group social activity?

Service
A Life Group helps others in need...

• On the weekends - serve together on the weekends once a month by helping with set up, tear down, or hospitality. 
• In the neighborhood - identify needs in your community, and work together as a group to meet them.
• And beyond - build a house in Mexico together, or consider spending a week helping one of the missionaries we support.
